How to reach us
Email hello@sulucent.com. It works whether or not you can sign in to your account.
Tell us your website's address, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps if you have one.
If your website is down, put “Site down” in the subject line.
Common questions
How do I change something on my site?
You can write and edit blog posts yourself, from your account. If your plan includes a quiz, you can edit that there too.
If your site's menu in your account has Edit site, open it and tell Site Minion what you would like changed, in your own words. It makes the change on a preview of your site, and your visitors see nothing new until you approve it.
If you don't see Edit site, email us and tell us what you would like changed.
Who checks my new site before it goes live?
You do. When your new site is built, you review a preview of it, and nothing is published until you approve it. Sometimes our team checks a new site's preview before you do. We email you when it is ready for you to review.
When will my domain show my new site?
While we build your new site, it lives at a preview address. If you already have a website, it stays where it is until you move your domain.
Once your new site is approved and published, open Domain in your site's menu and enter your domain. We show you exactly which records to change at the company that runs your domain's DNS, which is usually where you bought it, and the page checks them for you. This usually takes a few minutes, and sometimes a few hours.
If you don't see Domain in your site's menu, or you don't have a domain yet, email us.
What does “published” mean?
Published means it is on your website and anyone can see it.
When you publish a blog post, we rebuild your site with the post in it. While that happens the post says “Publishing…”, which usually takes a few minutes. Once the new version of your site is live, it says “Published”.
A post you have never published, or have scheduled for later, is not visible to anyone but you until it is published.
Changing a post that is already published does not change your website until you publish again. Until then, and if publishing the change fails, visitors keep seeing the version that was last published, even if your account shows the post as a draft.
What happens if a build fails?
Every change rebuilds your site, and the new version only replaces the old one once the build has finished. If a build fails, nothing on your live site changes: visitors keep seeing the last version that worked.
If the first build of your new site is interrupted by a passing problem at one of the services we use, we try again automatically. Your account says so while we do. If it fails again, or for another reason, our team is told, and we email you.
If a blog post has not finished publishing after 15 minutes, your account shows a warning. Try publishing again. If it fails a second time, email us.
What happens if my plan ends?
Your site goes offline at the end of the period you have paid for, and visitors see a page saying it is no longer available.
For 30 days after that, you can bring your site back by choosing a plan again from your account, and you can download your content, leads and email lists from Your data. After 30 days, your leads, email lists and the details your visitors gave you are deleted.
