Good to know
- Your page allowance
- Up to 6 new pages a year on Essentials, 30 on Growth. Your migration never counts against it, however large the site. Blog posts are uncapped on every plan. Allowances don't roll over.
- Commitment
- Essentials and Growth run on a 12-month commitment, with nothing to pay upfront to migrate. Bespoke starts from $2,500, then moves to a monthly plan after launch.
- Leaving
- Your site is yours. Essentials hands back a complete static site; Growth the full code repository. What you take with you
Before you commit.
What if I don't like the site you build?
Nothing goes live until you've approved it, and you don't pay anything until it does. If it isn't right, we keep working on it — there's no version of this where you're billed for a site you haven't signed off.
When does billing start?
The day your site goes live. Not when you sign up, and not while we are building it — however long that takes.
What happens at the end of the 12 months?
Your plan carries on month-to-month at the same price. It does not roll into another fixed term, and you can stop whenever you like from that point.
Can I leave before the 12 months are up?
The commitment runs its term, so the remaining months are payable. We front the entire cost of migrating and rebuilding your site with nothing to pay upfront — the twelve months is how that works.
Can I switch between Essentials and Growth?
Either direction, whenever you like. Moving up, we prorate the difference. Moving down, the Growth-only pages come down with it — your assessment, campaign and landing pages — since those are part of what Growth adds.
Will my price go up?
Not in your first 12 months — the price you start on is fixed for the whole term. After that we'd give you 60 days' notice of any change, and you're free to leave rather than accept it.
